M-CMT is software that helps plan, organize, monitor and analyze apparel manufacturing lines.

Plan your jobs
To plan your jobs in M-CMT:

  1. Select a product from the list (create your own products or use our samples) e.g. “long sleeve mens shirt”
  2. Input the number of garments to be made e.g. 100
  3. Estimate the time needed on the line e.g. 24 hours (or use our built in calculator)
  4. Repeat for all jobs.
  5. Drag and drop the jobs to arrange the priority
  6. Select the start date for the plan, and click the button to create and download the schedule in Excel.

Production hour by hour is shown in the spreadsheet. Job start/stop date is clearly visible.

Organize your garment parts
Printing of bundle tickets with a scannable QR code allows you to monitor production with fine granularity and in real-time.


To print bundle tickets:

  1. In M-CMT, add garment parts to your products. E.g: “Sleeve Left, Sleeve Right, Front, Back, Pocket”
  2. Add a layplan to your jobs e.g.: “SMALL: 10 ,10, 10 shirts, LARGE: 10, 5 shirts, XL: 10, 10, 10 shirts XXL: 10, 10, 5 shirts TOTAL: 100 shirts”
  3. Click the button and download a printable PDF with a list of tickets showing the Job, garment part, ticket number, scannable QR and Barcode and Size. Bundle Tickets

Monitor your production
Get regular progress updates on what garments are being worked on and what are being completed.


To get data to monitor your line:

  1. Scan the barcodes or QR codes of the garment parts at the start and end of production. This information will tell you the total quantity of each garment entering and exiting the line
  2. This data can be displayed on an overhead screen at every line

Analyze your business
Monitor line and worker productivity, garment profitability, do time studies by adding operations and time estimates your products, and scanning each bundle at each workstation.
